Disciplinary actions are now available. If any exist, you should see a link to them on the verification.

Terminology used in our licensing system:

Licensee (licensed based on passing ADEX or NC based clinical examination) Full unrestricted license

Credentials (licensed based on specific years and hours of experience practicing in another state) Full unrestricted license

Military Endorsement/Spouse (licensed based on qualification acquired through Military service/training or marriage to an active service member) Full unrestricted license

Instructor (practice is restricted to a North Carolina Dental School)

Intern (practice is restricted to a supervised residency program or approved intern site)

Provisional (temporary license restricted to supervised practice in a specified location)
